Sorry about the sleep, but I hate to tell you….it’s the computer keeping us awake. Our little eyes and brains are just working too hard late at night while blogging, reading and playing games.

One of the main reasons I got out of teaching was lack of sleep, I just internalize and then worry about it all night. I used to listen to sounds of nature with my ipod. Now I just have a pillow over my head.

Take a nap, it’s Friday! Have a great day! And yes, I made some more changes in my blog, geek that I am.
