My husband and I lived in Wichita Falls for a year when he was in the Air Force. Enjoyed the weather. We almost stayed there when he got out, but decided to come home to family. I love your #9, because we loved Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison and Willie Nelson! Check out my Thursday Thirteen
