Tomorrow, I’m observing the One Day Blog Silence. Not just for the victims of the Virginia Tech massacre, but for all victims of violence, anger, hatred, hunger, disease, and heartache. Before I silence myself, I thought I’d add a few notes:
My friend Teamouse (Sweet Tea, as I call her…because I like sweetea, and I like her) had a great Thursday Thirteen this week, and I totally missed it. She had posted another post on top of it, and I didn’t scroll down (OK, I’m not dumb, I wasn’t feeling well). If you missed it, go read her Goof Ups. Numbers eight and ten blew my dress up.

Oh good grief, Shelly, this is just plain weird.
You said you enjoy “sweetea.” Well, that’s my husband’s pet name for me — “Sweetea” — because, guess why, I enjoy sweet tea! LOL.
What will I do now, Thomma Lyn??? I can’t call TWO people Sweatea! Do you have some tea made up at all times in the refrigerator? I’ll be over in a minute, then.~skt
Sorry bout’ that LOL! Sometimes I’m such a busy little beaver, I blog twice in a day. I am truly addicted - one of these days I’ll have to get myself some serious help.
I’m glad you got a good laugh, it’s so worth it and if you can’t laugh at yourself you’ve got a problem…lol. Thankfully I give myself plenty to laugh about.
