Marcia,dear, may I call you Marcia? — well, those who know me, know that I am nothing if not conscious about my accoutrements and the casual grace of my charmed life as a cosmopolitan Nanny. In my life, dear, everything seems to just fall into place with beauty and chic. Nothing in the snap photo was arranged. I can’t help it. I want to see what you cleaned out before you took the picture! I know from my younger days women can fit more than that in one little purse and you already admitted to cleaning yours out. I lost my keys in one and had to dump it out on a floor and sort it out, yuck. I don’t carry a purse anymore. If we go out in finery I stuff what little I need in his coat pockets. The rest of the time I keep it all in the car or my jean pockets or camera case. My shoulders were worn down.

Oh, one day I won’t carry purses either. Some days I don’t. I took out a LOT of stuff, but it wasn’t photogenic ~skt
