I’ve already posted once today with some links, but they were technical links, and not everyone enjoys those. Then I started trying to answer my comments and found some more stuff to share! I’m into “link love” today. If you follow all the links I’ve given you in that last post and this one, you will be busy all weekend!
Oh following links in my comments leads me to wonderful places! Here’s some you should try out! Let me know if you liked any of them.
How did I miss Jessica the Rock Chick’s Thursday Thirteen? It’s the funniest I’ve ever seen!
Virginia the Queen had her first Thursday Thirteen, and it was a good one. She sent us to one video in particular that was so remarkable I had to put it here. But, she has more to tell you, so I haven’t stolen her thunder completely. Even though it isn’t Thursday, drop by and say “hi.” Her logo is priceless! Here is the video.

Archshrk made a comment and said “Michele sent me.” I thought, “Wha…?” So, I followed his link. I had been to Michele’s site and commented, and he followed the link (hold on and I’ll tell you about that). At archshrk’s site, I found a hilarious video on his post How to Give the Perfect Man-Hug. Visit and watch. If you comment, tell him, “Shelly sent me.”

Now to Michele! You absolutely must visit, and tell her, “Shelly sent me.” She “spreads comment cheer.” People go to her site to meet and greet. Sometimes the post is a short story game, where each commenter adds a part of a story. Every day, she picks a “post of the day” and every day she plays a “question of the day.” You need to see it! Some days she plays “The comment game.” The first person says hello to Michele, the next person greets the person who commented last and then goes to visit the site of that commenter; comment with, “Michele sent me, etc, etc.” I love that game! What a great way to visit new sites.

In fact, I visited Bonnie’s Books, and saw a wonderful list of words that every high school graduate should know. She asks you to see if you can use any in your comment. Mind boggling!

We can play Michele’s games at our own sites and meet some new folks. I’ll try it here! But, I won’t be replying to every comment, just in case any of you really play along. Let’s see if you will. First, leave a comment here (then go to Michele’s site and tell her, “Shelly sent me”). If someone commented before you did on my site, visit them after you visit Michele. Tell them, “Shelly sent me.”
Keep in mind that at my site and at Michele’s site, your comment gets you a Google link! Just in case that matters to you. And, hey, if you comment here then I just might talk about you.
See you tomorrow.

Haha it was only coincident that I went back to your site to check if you had replied to my comment and saw that you had actually just posted again! Anyways, it’s a super interesting idea. I’m going to try it now. I can always stand to find a few more interesting blogs to read!
I’m slow answering these last few days. Sorry. If you haven’t heard me say it, I’m easily sidetracked. I start answering a comment, go to the site to visit, then follow a link, which leads me to a link, and then I have to write about it…..where was I?

Aw-shucks. I can feel the love already.
I hope you do! This seems to be a slow day for readers
Maybe they are lost at some of the links I’ve sent them to follow.~skt
Wow, Shelly! Thanks for visiting my blog … and for the very nice comments here. I plan to link your site in my blogroll.
You are so welcome. I loved that list! And, I’ll link you right back. See how easy that is?~skt
Shelly,
It’s rather hard to buy an elephant, but you can save one’ life:

Oh, thanks for that link! You should have put it in that excellent article you wrote! I appreciate you stopping in to comment~skt
That’s a great idea that Michele has with the visiting of commenters before you!
….waiting for the day when I’m the one who comes up with a good idea that isn’t already thought up!
Happy Friday!
You don’t have to wait for an idea. I don’t think that Michele wasn’t the first to use this…but she darn sure does it the best.~skt
Ok, I visted all the sites (and told them you sent me!). I loved the Art Video on Virginia’s site and how cool is that thing with the postcards? I’m going to do that, too. Never heard of that.
I definitely learned how to give a “man hug”! I said “hi” to Michele and the commenter above me was someone I regularly visit (she and I share a love of chocolate martinis) so I visited the commenter above her, too! Oh boy and what am I gonna do with all those words on Bonnie’s list!!!! (I know! Beat my hubby again at Scrabble!)
And wow, who is that Rock Chick????? She’s awesome!!!!!
This was fun!!
Jessica—feeling the link love already!!!!!
The Rock Chick is also modest as all get out. Chocolate martinis? I dunno. Tequila is more my thing. Wonder if there is a chocolate Marguerita? You might beat your husband again at Scrabble, but you’ll have to have the list right beside you unless you are a spelling bee winner

Thank you Shelly — awesome video.
I thought it was pretty cool, and wanted to save it so I could see it again! Thanks for visiting, SusieJ. I gotta come see what’s up at your place. It’s always something interesting~skt
