That’s why God gave me blue jeans, Lara! I didn’t get any closer to that nasty towel holder than I had to in order to snap a picture! As much as I hate electric hand dryers, I’ll take one any day of the week over those old things~skt

I’m so glad your visit and big reunion weekend went well. Now, what did you cook??? After hearing about that drive-in food I’m suddenly starving!

I love Jordan’s (MamaBlogga’s) theme this month. It was a real pleasure to write (mine is the first one up on Day 1 – I think I have mom issues) and now I’m really enjoying reading the new entries.

I forgot to tell y’all what I cooked! That will be another post, but I did use a certain noodle recipe It was a big hit.
I’ll have to go read your entry!

Glad you enjoyed the time your son was visiting with you. A long time ago I learned spot clean before company because you will have to do a very good cleaning when everyone goes.

Love the pictures you shared—you have some neat things there—unique—that is something I like.

Sometimes it is nice to just take a relaxing vacation around home and do things you would enjoy doing but never seem to find the time.

I should have learned that at my age, but I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer Today won’t be so relaxing as we drive three hours to Austin. I do NOT like Austin traffic, but it’s a pretty cool place to go (except for the heat )~skt
