You need one head of lettuce, one pound of your favorite bacon and some apple cidar vinegar. Chop the bacon, and cook until crisp, do not drain the grease. Tear or chop your lettuce to bite size pieces, drizzle with apple cidar vinegar to taste, approximately 1/4 cup. Now add hot bacon and grease. Toss well and serve immediately. My taste buds are getting way too excited, anticipating the wonderful taste of some really good bacon. My olefactory glands are telling me everytime I read one of your "bacon" posts that they are on a sensory deficient status from not having smelled the aroma of bacon frying recently as well.
