Your posts reminded me of when I saw "Ramblin Jack Elliot" at McCabe's Guitar Shop a few years back. He had laryngitis and just kept asking people up from the audience to relieve him with a tune of their own. Cool guy/worst show I've ever seen. I can understand someone who keeps going long after the time to quit either for money or ego, but someone needs to send a reminder about the verb “To Be”:

I would rather be a has been
than a might have been by far
A might have been has never been
While a has been was an are.

That's too bad. It's terrible to look so forward to something and then it's..well, less than we imagined. I hate being cold too. Not a fun way to listen to a concert. kacey's last blog post..Mama’s Got a Brand New… If I had a brain, I would have taken a jacket. I opted out of taking a blanket, because I didn't want much to carry. Oh well, it was free, so it's not like we lost money by leaving early.
