Hope on the Horizon

by Shelly Kneupper Tucker on May 31, 2008

Imagine my delight to see this pronouncement on the side of the highway!

bigger Hope on the Horizon

I’ve been waiting for bigger “hooters’ all my life! When I was a teenager, I asked my Daddy if I could get silicone injections like that Raquel Welch movie star, and he said, “That’s fine, honey, but we only have money for one right now.”

Ba dum bum.

I opted to wait until we had money for both, and I’ve been waiting ever since! Now, at last there seems to be some hope on the horizon. At last I can get the capacious bosoms of my drea…

Say what?

It’s a restaurant?

Oh.

Well, I guess I’ll make do with my rare, exquisite miniatures for awhile longer.

Only those of us with tiny hooters can really sympathize with you Shelly!!! Someday I’ll tell you my story about my “blow up”boobs!!!

Blow up boobs? Sound tragic! When you went swimming, did you have “floaties?” Oh, it’s ever so mortifying.

I clicked on your link from Tea Time Ramblings thinking you were a blog I visit regularly. I swear your blog names are very close! Ok hers is ‘Eclectic Blog’ but if you aren’t paying attention, like I regularly do, you can imagine the mix-up. Imagine my surprise when I clicked over here and…who I thought was my friend….the blog has changed, a lot. And by golly she’s dyed her hair! And…then it dawns on me I’m at the wrong blog. Any normal sane human being would be too embarrassed to admit such a thing, but I thought I would say hi and then be on my way :o )

Go, click on this link. Now. And don’t forget to listen to the clip. You’ll like it, I promise.

BWAHAHAHA! My theme song! So is Deidre a friend of yours? I know you know lots of folk singers. She sounds a little like Nanci Griffith. Great song, thanks for sending me to it.

Foam clings and has to be peeled off, yuck. Au natural — sans bra — is so much more freeing and easier when tiny — besides, I have no back pain. Guess you don’t either- from heavy hooters, at least. All it took many years ago was two overly endowed friends to convince me I didn’t want what I thought I did!

Great use of the sign, Shelly.

Overly endowed friends have told me to be glad I didn’t get them, but I’m not buying it. I’m accepting it, at this point. Follow the link Robin put in her comment to a song about the boob fairy. Too funny!

Nature was very kind. I got about ten years of unbelievably perky perfect (God’s way of apologizing for the hips). Unfortunately, this has progressed to over endowed and your friends are right. The older you get, the more you will really, really appreciate where you started in that department.

Oh, that makes me so jealous I could spit  ! I’m hoping that as I “sag” it starts to look like there is something up there…down there…wherever.

Be proud of your minis, girlfriend. Some of us had to have help to regain that small but wonderful size.
