What an incredible achievement, and an even more incredible gift of love.

You should be very, VERY proud of yourself and everyone who made this happen. I’m tearing up at the thought of all the love that is going to envelop those children.

Wtg my blogging buddy! Mine went in the mail yesterday, should be arriving by this Tuesday. Has it really been just a year? What an incredible response and undertaking. How many squares did you get total? Jennymcbs last blog post..Share a Square afghan 2 is in the Mail Girl, I stopped counting when it got over 9.000! I know we got over 10,000...and occasionally a few more straggle in. NOW I have to sort all those extras and get them whipped into afghans. There won't be 48 "different" names on each one, but the love will still be there.

Many of us need people just like you to jump start and control the project so we can get sucked into it. You were needed, you are appreciated, and I am also one of those grateful that you had such magnetism.

I wish I could be there to see that glow in their eyes and the smiles on their faces!! I WOULD hope a hurricane would head for Pompano Beach giving me a forced reason to run to TX, but I don’t wish that on ANYONE – the hurricane, I mean. I will be with you all in thought!
