Dealing With Stress

by Shelly Kneupper Tucker on July 8, 2008

I find the process of de-cluttering to be very stressful. If I could hire someone to just swoop in and do this for me, I seriously might. Sometimes, it’s just overwhelming.

Like today!

This morning I’ve been sifting through a closet, trying to decide what stays and what goes, and it gave me a pounding headache. I hate having to make decisions on some of my junk.

Aspirin was not working!

Since I don’t have the time or inclination to run out to get a massage, I pulled my “Tingler” off the shelf. Looks pretty odd, doesn’t it?

I’ve nearly pitched this out before, because it’s bulky and I didn’t know why I had it in the first place. Thankfully one day a few months ago I decided to use it and in the process discovered its “magic powers.” It really does work to relieve a headache! You simply slip it over your head and gently lift it up and down. In just a few moments, it evidently hits some of the stress points and that pain will go away.

Yes, you can get it on Amazon.

It’s definitely “clutter” worth having. After just a few minutes of massaging my scalp with the Tingler, I’m ready to face my tasks once again.

But, I still wish I could afford a professional organizer.

This journey began on a separate blog (you can click here to read About Out Of Chaos), but that wasn’t really simplifying was it? I moved all of the posts to This Eclectic Life under the category Out Of Chaos. I’ll be adding more from time to time. I hope you join me.
