I never win contests, but I did this time! You can see right here that Linda Beebee, the Vice President of Marketing at The Texas Beef Council, pulled my name out of a hat. See! It says, “Shelly,” and that’s me!

I won that contest for blogging about “beef,” not for “beefing,” as I did yesterday (And, thanks to all of you who wrote to try to bolster my courage! I’ve spent the whole day marketing, thanks to you …which is why I never posted!).
