It is a beautiful day here in the Mountains of Utah. Hundreds of birds are visiting our bird feeders.The snow is glistening like a blanket of diamonds. We are packing for a trip to Lava Hot Springs in Idaho... a weekend of being lazy and soaking this old body. I just made the best soup of my life. The only hardship is waiting 'til tomorrow to eat it after all the flavors have a chance to meld overnight. I know it's worth waiting for but I haven't had dinner yet and it tastes so good already! Oh, the dilemmas.
