Ok. I started my first one, decided I wanted to do a different kind, actually went to a store looking for a kit, didn’t have it, put it all aside to pout.

Just realized that the one I started is actually kid friendly, I was looking at it through the eyes of an adult (that’s novel, me? Adult?) So, I’m going to start again. I have it out staring at me, but it became part of the decor and I didn’t see it.

I’m sending 15 word charms you can put in if you are short a few as soon as they are tagged, but things are looking up for the project! You may not need them.

Now where is that gold thimble I was given as a child? Trying to get a needle through denim can be disastrous for an “older woman”.

Hello Shelly,
Glad to see you are doing another awesome project for the Camp. I helped with the squares on you aghans for the Camp last yr. Thanks for starting something so wonderful for the kids and their families…please keep us appraised to any other projects that we can help you with.
My Love’s group is all a buzz about these bags for you and the Camp…Wendy was such a dear to speak up and get us running with this…there are about a dozen gals now working their fingers to the bone..and there may be more that are just too busy to say something on our list…
Be sure to watch the mailbox..I am sure it will be filling up soon!

I will get back to you with how many I made. I am sitting in the hospital with my hubby all day in ICU anyway and always have my crochet/knit rolling tote (spell: loads of yarn) with me.

Hospital? ICU???? Gosh, girl. Is this too much trouble for you? Sounds like you have some of your own. My good thoughts are floating your way.
