It's good to see people interested in their impact. I must admit I'm a bit schizo in my approach, I like paper towels. But I try not to do some bad stuff. I spend a lot of money on organic produce, eco-friendly cleaning products, and a lot of effort on recycling. But I do far too much laundry and we don't take short showers. I never use pesticides or herbicides-talk about poisoning the earth! But I never challenge my relatives that do. I used cloth and disposable diapers at different times. We tried to build our house green in 2004, but had to give in on some things because our builder thought green was a pain in the rear. So you see, we are a bit of a hybrid so far, but as the world is changing it is becoming easier to be good.
