@Carol, there are indeed pretty marvelous houses here. Unfortunately, many of them got turned into frat houses, apartments for students, or are on a “main drag.” You’ll just have to come to Flower Mound to rediscover your friend and to visit a new one!

@Robin, It’s hard to know about B & Bs sometimes. I require a private bathroom. Other than that, I just go with the flow…so to speak.

@Jamie, yes you do need to get to Texas—and “mi casa es tu casa.”

@Jehara, trust me–not all of the houses are pretty!

What marvelous houses in your neck of the woods. I looked at the map and what do ya know... I have a cousin who lives in Flower Mound. I haven't seen her or heard from her in years.
