I have to locate some of that gelato around here! We have a million ice cream places, but I can’t think of one place that serves that! It looks delicious! That looks so refreshing! I can almost feel the chill. Do you know what they call Italian Ice in Italy?... "Ice" Bwahahaha. Seriously though, what passes for ice cream in Rome is so far from ice cream as we know it. It's so rich and light; it's like a cross between ice cream and whipped cream... Ooohhhh... now I'm wishing I were on the road or in the air on the way to somewhere. I miss traveling so. At least I get to do a little virtual travel via your posts and pics!
