Nanny Goats is marvelous despite the name, isn’t it? I could eat there daily and not get bored. I’ll have to make sure to get to Kilgore during the Shakespeare fest sometime. July??? In costume??? How did you keep from having heat stroke?

I just spent 10 weeks in Kilgore working at the Texas Shakespeare Festival. If you’re ever in Kilgore during the month of July, I truly recommend coming out to see a show! The people of Kilgore were so great to us all summer. I worked in the Costume Shop, and we would eat lunch at Nanny Goats at least once a week, we even got shirts! We have some great pictures of the oil museum, reading this let me relive some of my great memories from this summer!
