Wow… how ironic that I check in to read this while I’m sitting on the dock at our lake. What a hero. Water can be so dangerous… and it sinks things so fast… in awe over what he did. Not only courage — but he has lots of strength.

I’ve got more good stuff of my own this week. I’ve been down, but this was easy stuff to talk about.

In fact, one of the moms I link to was a hero this week, herself. She was able to be cool enough to do the Heimlich on her son. I’m in awe of her.

What a courageous and unselfish soul – he is indeed a hero! I think that in each and every one of us there is a hero – just at different times and in different ways.

I wrote today on “Only the Good Friday.” It’s difficult since I’ve had my heart broken recently, but I’m trying not to “hate” and move on. I will survive and love again. For now, I’m working on myself.
