Just saw this on ComedySmack and remembered your post from a while back. Go to http://cakewrecks.blogspot.com/ for an entire website of train wrecks suitably called CakeWrecks. If it doesn’t make you sick to your stomach it will make you laugh. The Twinkie extravaganza, above, pales in comparison.

Here's a theory: Michael Pollan advocates eating only what you make, so anything that you make is good to eat. If you like French fries (and who doesn't?), make some at home. You know how to do that. And make the ketchup to go with, justifying the whole project. You'll get the carbs, which you're craving on these dark, winter days, but leave behind all of the chemicals, hfcs, salt (well maybe some of the salt) and additives.
