I resisted doing reviews for a very long time. For some reason, I thought it would ruin my credibility to accept any kind of remuneration for telling y’all about things I liked. Then, it occurred to me that I have to pay for the privilege of blogging. What better way to do it than to tell you what I think?

I’ve decided to join the pack and review products for you. Rest assured that when I do I will be giving you an honest opinion of the product. If it’s not a product I can wholeheartedly endorse, I will not review it for money. Who in the world would pay for me to badmouth them? Besides, my Momma told me, “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.”

I don’t always listen to Momma, and some of you may know that.

I promise (cross my heart) that I’ll tell you what I like about a product … and what I didn’t like. I will not “steer” you wrong, so to speak. As I review products, I have a little rating system of my own. I couldn’t use a “five star” system, because I live in the “Lone Star State.” So, I’m using those little cowboy boots you see above.

If I rate a product with five boots, people, you can bet that it seriously kicks “you-know-what.” If I only give it one boot, you can probably “give it the boot.”
